Digital delivery and refunds

CatalogPack delivers digital content immediately after successful payment. There is nothing shipped by post.

How delivery works

1. Build the pack and review every page in the free watermarked preview.
2. Confirm immediate digital supply and complete secure Stripe checkout.
3. Return automatically to CatalogPack, where the payment is verified.
4. Select Download PDF pack to create the unwatermarked PDF in your browser.

Your draft is kept locally in the browser used to create it. For the smoothest return from checkout, use the same browser and device, and do not clear its site data in between.

If the download does not start

Leave the checkout confirmation open, refresh CatalogPack once and try the download again. Very large product images can slow PDF creation, so resizing them may help. If payment was taken and delivery still fails, email hello@airbornemedia.co.uk with the checkout email, approximate payment time and a description of what happened. Do not email card details.

Refunds

Because the product is immediate digital content and a full preview is available before payment, change-of-mind cancellation generally ends once the unlocked PDF is supplied where permitted by law. If CatalogPack is faulty or the paid file cannot be supplied, we will investigate and provide a working delivery or an appropriate refund. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
