TERMS
Terms of use and sale
Last updated: 20 September 2026
These terms apply to CatalogPack.com, operated by Airborne Media & Consultancy Ltd, registered in England and Wales. By using the site or buying a PDF pack, you agree to these terms.
The service
CatalogPack is a browser-based tool that formats information you provide into a product catalogue, wholesale line sheet, trade price list and/or wholesale order form. It is a document generator, not an inventory system, marketplace, legal service or accounting service. You are responsible for checking the accuracy, legality and completeness of every generated document.
Preview, price and payment
You may inspect a watermarked preview before purchase. The current price shown at checkout is for one unwatermarked PDF pack generated from the current draft. Prices include any taxes that CatalogPack is required to collect unless the checkout says otherwise. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
Immediate digital supply and cancellation
If consumer cancellation rights apply, you expressly request immediate supply by selecting the consent box before checkout. Once the unlocked digital PDF is made available, you acknowledge that the usual cancellation right ends to the extent permitted by law. This does not affect rights relating to faulty or misdescribed digital content.
Your content
You retain ownership of content you enter or upload. You confirm that you have the right to use it and that it does not infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or confidential material that you are not authorised to process.
Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the generated PDF for your own business, including sharing it with current and prospective buyers. You may not resell, copy or commercially exploit the CatalogPack software, site design or source code.
Availability and liability
We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Keep your source spreadsheet and review the preview before payment. Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Subject to that, our aggregate liability connected with a purchase is limited to the amount paid for that purchase, and we are not liable for indirect loss, lost profits, lost orders or errors in information you supplied.
Refunds and support
If payment succeeds but the unlocked PDF cannot be supplied because of a fault in CatalogPack, contact us promptly with the email used at checkout and the approximate payment time. We will investigate and, where appropriate, restore delivery or refund the purchase.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, mandatory protections and court rights in your home country remain unaffected.
